comfy bed river view tasty pancakes
The superior king room had a very comfy bed. The room also overlooked the river (it was a very nice sight). The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).
The hotel gym was a bit too small.

My "Beautiful King Double or Twin Room" was clean. The bedroom was also well-designed. ALL staff were lovely and helpful, which I appreciated. Breakfast was VERY good too.
The room urgently required full refurbishment. Carpets were badly worn. They also showed loose threads. Much of the paintwork and furniture were badly chipped.

friendly staff modern design handwritten note
i found the breakfast excellent, and the staff acted really friendly. The room offered a modern design and proved to be a good size. I especially appreciated the reception staff, they wrote a helpful handwritten note. This note included amazing restaurant recommendations near my meeting locations.

The executive king bedroom included modern fixtures and molton brown toiletries. i found flannels, slippers, and robes provided. bedding looked very clean. the carpet needed better vacuuming.

breakfast offered great choices with really friendly staff always available. i noticed an omelette on the menu cost £22.50, which feels excessive. overall, i found the food quality meets expectations for a premium hotel.

the gym has stair master, free weights, a rower and a treadmill. cross trainer, few machines, medicine balls, and kettle bells completed it. i noticed the gym is small, but well equipped.

The bed was enormous and comfy! we ordered room service. The food was tasty. the reception area was gorgeous, and the location was perfect for the city centre. we will return.
the air conditioning was faulty when we arrived and the temperature was high. it took time to resolve as we were moved to another room after a search.
