My "Beautiful King Double or Twin Room" was clean. The bedroom was also well-designed. ALL staff were lovely and helpful, which I appreciated. Breakfast was VERY good too.

The room urgently required full refurbishment. Carpets were badly worn. They also showed loose threads. Much of the paintwork and furniture were badly chipped.

i found the breakfast excellent, and the staff acted really friendly. The room offered a modern design and proved to be a good size. I especially appreciated the reception staff, they wrote a helpful handwritten note. This note included amazing restaurant recommendations near my meeting locations.

the air conditioning was faulty when we arrived and the temperature was high. it took time to resolve as we were moved to another room after a search.
